Welcome to vipph. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the vipph platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must register an account for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.

If a minor or ineligible person is found to be using the platform, vipph reserves the right to immediately close that account and cancel all associated transactions.

Account Registration & Security

When registering at vipph, you must provide accurate details including your name, email, mobile number, and any other required information. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify vipph support immediately.
• Transferring or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required within 30 days of registration.

Vipph reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account that is found to be in breach of the terms and conditions or involved in fraudulent activity.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Vipph supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on the platform.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, vipph may temporarily place it on hold pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All vipph bonuses and promotional offers come with their own terms. Claiming a bonus will be considered acceptance of the associated terms.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is stated separately. The required wagering amount must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Vipph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games, not all games.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All vipph games are certified by internationally accredited RNG (Random Number Generator) authorities, ensuring every outcome is completely random and fair.

• Any form of cheating or attempting to gain an unfair technical advantage during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, vipph will provide an appropriate resolution.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 48 hours.

RTP (Return to Player) for all games is determined by the respective game provider's rules. vipph does not interfere with game outcomes.

Account Closure & Suspension

Vipph reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraud or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Verified to be a minor.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus funds will be forfeited.

Right to Amend Terms

Vipph reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be posted on the platform.
• You may also be notified via your registered email.
• Updated terms take effect from the date of the change.
